Earning Criteria

  • Pass the PECB Certified Lean Management Black Belt Exam
  • Submit evidence of 3 years of general work experience with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in lean management projects as well as 200 hours of project experience
  • Abide by the certification rules and policies
  • Adhere to PECB's Code of Ethics
