Master is the highest credential within the PECB certification structure. This certification is a benchmark for all individuals who have extensive expertise to effectively plan, implement, manage, monitor, and maintain an IT service management system (ITSMS), to audit an IT service management system (ITSMS), and to manage a team of auditors by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques.

Earning Criteria

Pass the PECB Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Implementer and ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor Exams or equivalent
Pass 4 Foundation Exams related to the certification field
Submit evidence of 15 years of general work experience with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT service management system as well as 700 hours of ITSMS project and auditing experience
Abide by the certification rules and policies
Adhere to PECB's Code of Ethics
