This certification is a benchmark for all individuals who have extensive expertise to effectively plan, implement, manage, monitor, and maintain a compliance management system (CMS), to audit a compliance management system (CMS), and to manage a team of auditors by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques.

Earning Criteria

  • Pass the PECB Certified ISO 37301 Lead Implementer and ISO 37301 Lead Auditor Exams or equivalent
  • Pass 4 Foundation Exams related to the certification field
  • Submit evidence of 15 years of general work experience with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in compliance as well as 700 hours of CMS project and auditing experience
  • Abide by the certification rules and policies
  • Adhere to PECB's Code of Ethics

PECB is a Personnel Certification Body, accredited to ISO/IEC 17024:2012 to provide certification of persons by the International Accreditation Service (IAS-PCB-111), United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS-No. 21923), Korea Accreditation Board (KAB-PC-08), and Comité français d'accréditation (COFRAC N° 4-0637).
