Pass the PECB Certified ISO 37000 Lead Corporate Governance Manager exam or equivalent
Submit evidence of 2 years of general work experience with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in corporate governance as well as 200 hours of project experience
Abide by the certification rules and policies
Adhere to PECB's Code of Ethics
