  • Complete the BPS Test User: Occupational, Personality course developed by Dr Angus McDonald, Chartered and Registered Psychologist, which has been designed according to the BPS qualification standards which define the knowledge and skills necessary for anyone accessing and/or using psychometric personality tools.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of the foundations of personality and it’s significance in occupational contexts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of personality theory and the SOSIE personality & Values tool through written worksheet exercises
  • Demonstrate interpretation of the SOSIE personality and values scales through verbal, group and written exercises.
  • Demonstrate practical skills of verbal feedback through an observed feedback session
  • Administer SOSIE to at least 2 respondents post course and prepare both respondent- and client-focused reports.
  • Gain practical experience in interpreting personality profiles and communicating insights to individuals and organisations.
