Level 2 Adult Care Worker
Earners of this badge have demonstrated competence as an Adult Care Worker based on the occupational standard published by IFATE. This includes applied knowledge of care plans, professional boundaries, duty of care and relevant statutory standards and codes of practice. Skills and behaviours demonstrated include working within a care plan, promoting health and wellbeing, collaborative working, safeguarding and the Six C's (care, compassion, courage, communication, competence and commitment).

Successfully met the requirements of the Adult Care Worker End-point Assessment delivered by Pearson as a registered EPAO. The End-Point Assessment consists of a Situational Judgement Test and Professional Discussion.

Completed a minimum of 12 months learning and development to meet the knowledge, skills and behaviours in the Adult Care Worker occupational standard.

Achieved at least Level 1 English and Maths qualifications. Achieved Level 2 Diploma in Care
