Earning Criteria

Novice to intermediate associates in either examiner, team leader or assistant roles, seeking guidance, support, and skill enhancement to progress. Mentees should demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and actively engage in the mentoring process. Mentees must commit to a minimum of six months of active participation in the programme. Expected to engage in activities outlined by the program guidelines. Flexibility to accommodate to other’s schedules are essential for success of mentorship.
