Completed the following trainings with Pacific Community Ventures: 1) Business Advising Success with the PCV Client: Advising vs. Consulting, Trauma-informed Advising, 2) Justice Lens: Biases, History, & Trauma, 3) Coaching Lens: Cultivating Values-Aligned, Interdependent Relationships, 4) Coaching Process: Standing in the Future for BIPOC Entrepreneurs. Each session was created with the goal of increasing participants' ability to advise small business owners.
