Earning Criteria

Over the course of the 12-week fellowship, PCV and small business entrepreneurs co-created collateral to guide other small business owners on good job creation. Through facilitated discussions, surveys, and peer networking, the fellows shared feedback about their own experience, success stories, and challenges faced. PCV is also curating findings from their voices about their needs and experiences. This evidence base will serve as a guide for other small business employers.
