The Transformational Technology for Teaching & Learning MicroCredential is designed for educators to gain strategies to integrate digital experiences into lessons to enhance student learning. Educators will also conduct research on free educational tech tools and resources that can be adopted to increase equitable access to technology and will learn about the educational tech hardware, software, and strategies already being implemented in their schools & districts.

1. Engaging Self: Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to integrate transformational technology in the classroom. 1.1 Examine current policies and advancements in educational tech. 1.2 Explore tech standards for teachers and students. 1.3 Observe & synthesize the personalized and blended learning models used by classroom teachers. 1.4 Self-reflect on current ability to plan & implement digital age learning in the classroom and plans to develop future transformational tech integration.

Engaging Others: Demonstrates ability to integrate, analyze, & synthesize personalized and blended learning through educational technology. 2.1 Interview the tech coordinator to determine available tech in the school, national trends & district-led directions for the implementation of educational tech. 2.2 Enhance a lesson by integrating transformational tech. 2.3 Implement integrated lesson plan & assess impact in meeting tech standards. 2.4 Design a Tech Professional Development Plan.

Engaging in Diverse Communities: Share with a diverse educational community knowledge, skills, and application of transformational technology. 3.1 Share with team members within the school the knowledge, skills, and application of transformational technology. 3.2 Create a blog entry that outlines knowledge, skills, and experience along the journey to implementing a technology-rich learning environment. 3.2 Share Technology Professional Development Plan with supervisors.
