Social and Emotional Learning MicroCredential
The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) MicroCredential allows educators to develop & demonstrate SEL-related knowledge, skills, & professional dispositions necessary to support student learning. Educators will 1) define & identify SEL competencies & skills; 2) observe & evaluate the impact of SEL in a classroom; 3) design, & deliver a learning segment incorporating SEL competencies & skills; and 4) plan & deliver a professional development presentation centered on SEL integration in the classroom.

1. Engaging Self: Demonstrates ability to define and illustrate the five components of comprehensive SEL. 1.1 Explores, articulates and analyzes the components of comprehensive SEL. 1.2 Identifies multiple strategies for addressing the components of SEL.
