Engaging Others: Demonstrates ability to complete a classroom observation of students’ behavior and design a behavior support plan to influence academic engagement and learning for all students. 2.1 Designs and delivers a behavior support plan based on a classroom observation to better engage and support student learning. 2.2 Evaluates and reflects on effectiveness of delivery, impact on student learning, and strategies for improvement.
