The Cultural Diversity & Growth Mindset MicroCredential is designed for pre-service teachers to develop competencies in cultural perspectives & growth mindset to engage and support students in diverse school settings. Pre-service teachers will 1) identify how cultural perspectives & growth mindset influence classroom interactions 2) evaluate impact of cultural perspectives & growth mindset in a classroom 3) create a learning activity incorporating cultural diversity & growth mindset competencies
