Earning Criteria

Attend successfully the Internal Executive Coaching program including24 hours of classroom (or virtual) training including group discussions, Coaching demonstrations, practice, and a post-assessment

Complete the 4 months coaching practicum with a leader with the support and guidance of a Master Coaching and peer coaching from other cohort members

Invest minimum 8 hours per year in continuously upskilling own coaching capabilities, via reading, participating in coaching forums or relevant trainings

Successfully complete at least 2 coaching engagements with internal executive clients in a 12-month cycle for 2 consecutive cycles
