To further enhance their learning experience, The Oxford Group conducts a series of 5-Conversations virtual workshops which take place between modules 1 and 2, and 3 one-to-one coaching sessions.

Earning Criteria

The participant attended a series of two face-to-face modules, five virtual 5 Conversations sessions, three one-to-one coaching sessions, and peer learning sessions across a period of six months.
