This badge is part of a workshop at Open Source in Pharma that covered a walk-through of the new addition of drill-down capabilities in the pharmaverse package Tplyr. Mike Stackhouse, Eli Miller, and Andrew Bates of Atorus helped learners explore the underlying structure of how Tplyr produces data, and how metadata are captured behind the scenes to support traceability of results. Attendees created Shiny applications that leverage Tplyr’s drill-down capabilities.
