This badge is part of a 2-day workshop at Open Source in Pharma by Christina Fillmore (GSK), Ellis Hughes (GSK), and Thomas Neitmann (Roche) that covered how to work with the Tidyverse and the first generation of Pharmaverse tools in order to ‘deliver’ typical clinical trial displays. Users used R packages admiral, tplyr & tfrmt to go from SDTM all the way through to table generation. Users went through a end-to-end focusing on a sample of demographic, safety and efficacy summaries.
