Proactive Leadership is an annual series of 11 management-level courses designed for current and future credit union leaders. Participants are nominated to participate in the program. Selected individuals must have demonstrated effective leadership ability as well as a solid understanding of our company's core values and mission. Courses include technical, professional, credit union specific, and soft skill courses. Our program graduates will earn the Proactive Leadership Certification.
