The badge owner has successfully completed the following items: preparation and administration of PO, SQ, IM, NG tube, transdermal, ophthalmic, inhaled, sublingual and IV and IVPB medications. The badge owner has successfully checked off on starting IVs, and is competent inserting Foley catheters and NG tubes. The badge owner can communicate therapeutically with others and has completed checkoffs with SBAR bedside reporting.
