Organizational Conflict Management
This microcredential provides individuals with communication and conflict resolution skills applicable in the workplace and in everyday life. Coupled with essential communication skills, students are guided through an investigation of many conflict resolution topics and tools such as the nature of conflict, approaches to conflict, power and culture in relation to conflict, resolving conflict, and engaging conflict through in-depth study and discussion and/or real-world role play exercises.

Earn a C or better in MGMT 3033 Conflict Resolution: I'm Always Right! This seminar style course explores what conditions provide for a constructive or destructive process of conflict resolution. Within this process, the course evaluates current theories that have predominately been developed in the west within varied cultural contexts. These conflict resolution processes will be exercised with case studies and role-playing scenarios with a service-learning component.
