The 10-week training focuses on applied technical mastery of industrial cooling, advanced controls, electrical integration, airflow management, and energy-efficient operations. Learners demonstrate competency through progressive knowledge assessments and skills demonstrations throughout the course.

Skills covered: 1) Apply industrial safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E), including proper PPE use and lockout/tagout procedures, to safely work in mission-critical HVAC environments 2) Operate and maintain large-scale HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and CRAC/CRAH units, using system schematics and standard operating sequences.

Skills covered: 3) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using data analysis, electrical principles, and basic PLC logic 4) Optimize HVAC system performance through airflow management, advanced controls configuration, and energy efficiency strategies.
