Human Services
Learners acquire core competencies needed in an entry-level human services career including applying social work ethical principles, engaging diversity in vulnerable populations, delivering effective human services, and communicating and evaluating with coworkers, families, groups, and organizations. Learners acquire fundamental skills valued in human services professions. Typical employment settings may include social service agencies, healthcare facilities, criminal justice, and schools.
