Earning Criteria

Learners will demonstrate competency through written intern analysis reports based on classroom observations, mentoring journals, and goal-setting discussions with TCC interns
Learners will create and implement individualized mentoring/coaching plans, documented through coaching templates, lesson support notes, and internship field work
Competency will be demonstrated through observed coaching interactions in real classroom settings, supported by mentor feedback and reflection logs.
Learners will assess intern development using observation tools, feedback forms, and reflective journal entries that document growth over time.
Learners will maintain a mentoring journal and submit structured reflections identifying strengths, challenges, and adjustments to their coaching approach.
Learners will demonstrate competency through documented feedback conversations, intern meetings, email/communication logs, and collaboration with program staff.
