They apply HIPAA, professional ethics, OARS motivational interviewing, RESPECT cultural model, PRAPARE social screening and Mental Health First Aid (ALGEE). They connect patients to community resources, coordinate interprofessional care and document SOAP notes aligned with C3 Project, APHA, HRSA and OSDH standards.
