Grade of C or better in BUS 3213 Business Law I (3 hours). Within this course, students will distinguish types and sources of law, examine the judicial system structure, learn methods of dispute resolution, analyze constitutional authority to regulate businesses, differentiate types of intellectual property, and identify the impact of business laws in the workplace.
