Applied Industry Leadership
A non-credit, cohort-based leadership program designed for frontline and emerging leaders in construction and applied industry environments. Participants build core leadership, communication, decision making, and ethical leadership skills through applied learning, real world practice, and completion of a job relevant capstone improvement project. Completion may be submitted as Prior Learning Assessment evidence for aligned coursework in the Bachelor of Technology in Applied Industry Leadership.

Earning Criteria

Complete eight applied learning modules delivered over four months.

Learners will complete a capstone improvement project that applies skills gained across all eight modules, demonstrating mastery of leadership competencies in a real-world workplace context. Participation records from workshops, online learning components, and applied micro skill practice activities will serve as supporting evidence.
