Lead Up Leadership Program

The LeadUP program is a part of the Enterprise Learning project, which was initiated to develop an agency-wide training and development framework to reach employees, managers, and executives across divisions. The goal of the LeadUP program is to enhance leadership competencies, increase emotional and social intelligence, and foster a culture supported by a shared leadership vision.

Earning Criteria

To qualify for Level Up, you must be an executive supervisor with mid-level supervisors that report directly to you. Graduation of Lead Up requires attendance at all 5 in-person sessions and 80% completion of online pre- and post-work. Earning a total of 90 Supervisory Training Hours throughout a 10-month period.
