A physical therapy aide helps the physical therapist in patient care, treatments to improve mobility, pain relief, or prevention; he or she helps to lessen patient disability, making therapy sessions more productive, as well as organize and prepare for therapy sessions.

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
