Part of NSITE’s Career Skills Training Programs, the workshop is delivered virtually in 4-hour sessions over four consecutive days and covers topics such as Pre-Engagement Research, Making Contact, Calibrating the Conversation, Discovering Needs, Navigating Customer Objections and Fears, and Presenting the Solution.
