The earner of this badge has successfully completed at least one semester in the student worker position of Eagle Tech. This technical support tutor provides technology support in person, via phone, web, email, chat and other channels to all NNMC students, full/part-time faculty, Distance Education clients, and NNMC employees. The mission of the Eagle Tech Support Center is to support the development of technology skills and troubleshoot technology issues to enhance learning and retention.
