Earners of the Project Charter Development microcredential have demonstrated competency in the development of a project charter. Participants define project parameters such as rationale, benefits, key deliverables, assumptions, risks and constraints, budget, organization, and governance structures. Additional topics include formal acceptance procedures, scope change control, scope verification, and differences between internal projects and those managed through third party organizations.
