Participants in this 3-week workshop built coaching and feedback skills that strengthen the practical application of supportive communication and the need to provide and receive timely, positive feedback. They enhanced their ability to apply principles of supportive communication using personal management interviews. Through reflective observation and conceptualization of the learned experience, professionals learned methodologies for providing feedback and coaching. This is a level 2 badge.
