Mastering OHDSI Concept Sets
Issued by
Northeastern University
This badge was awarded to students attending a 1 day (8 hour) tutorial providing instruction on the most foundational element for conducting a high-quality observational study- concept set expressions. Students were familiarized with the process to build concept set expressions and how to store them in interoperable formats (JSONS, parameterized SQL, etc) We discussed strategies to evaluate concept sets and highlighted OHDSI tools that can help improve overall research. This is a level 2 badge.
