Graduate Leadership Institute
Participants of the Graduate Leadership Institute (GLI) attended a series of 9 theory-based, interactive, leadership development sessions. Participants developed skills through activities designed to explore leadership competencies, discussion of case studies and participation in weekly self-reflections. The GLI participants completed the program with a group presentation about a specific leadership competency. This is a Level 2 badge.
