Earners of the Fundamentals of Project Management badge participated in a three-day workshop facilitated by Northeastern faculty. Through discussion and class activities participants explored critical PM concepts including: project life-cycle, project initiation, project planning, execution, monitoring, control and closing. Earners were also exposed to management techniques to address problems and make changes. Agile methodology was also introduced.
