Recipients of the Explorations in Project Management badge participated in a multi-session workshop facilitated by Northeastern faculty. Through discussion and class activities participants explored critical PM concepts including: project life-cycle frameworks, project initiation, project planning, project execution, monitoring, control and closing. Earners were also exposed to team leadership techniques to address build and lead high performing project teams. This is a Level 2 badge.
