Earners were exposed to academic, company, and industry perspectives related to the opportunities and challenges of operating in the fast-paced, complex environments of developed markets. Earners have participated in a week of sessions, site visits, and experiential learning opportunities focused on areas including, industry transformation, innovation, sustainable and ethical business practices, managing risk and uncertainty for strategic growth, enterprise strategy, and customer-centricity.
Earning Criteria

Attend 5 day-long intensive, in person sessions and corresponding online sessions

Complete all individual and team based exercises

Submit a final presentation, materials & executive summary for the Cohort Ideation Challenge

Participate in the team presentation to faculty and company executives for Cohort Ideation Challenge
