Recipients of the Guest Services Badge participated in an experiential learning opportunity through their work as Summer Conference Assistants. Recipients successfully completed training modules where they gained the foundational skills required to effectively communicate with summer conference guests. Recipients also equipped themselves with the knowledge to proficiently resolve issues while also providing a high level of customer service. This is a Level 1 badge.
