• Completion of relevant coursework in a formal classroom environment. Instructional strategies include: audio visual materials, discussion, computer-based training, practical exercises, lectures.

• SLO 2. Applying global Project Management Standards from PMI® to real-world situations for successful results
• SLO 3. Providing faster solutions to clients, ensuring compliance, reducing risk factors and saving time and costs
• SLO 4. Ensuring open communication between stakeholders and team members
• SLO 5. Ensuring that the project stays within scheduled costs and timeframes
• SLO 6. Leading and motivating the team to perform better
• SLO 7. Attempting a first-time pass of PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam
• SLO 8. Understanding the three new domains of People, Process and Business Environment, spanning the entire value delivery spectrum, including predictive, agile and hybrid approaches
• Badge earners must complete the following course: MGMT 4930 - Certification Preparation.
