Students develop leadership skills through communication. Topics may include leadership development, diversity in leadership, networking, organizational culture, power, and characteristics of successful leadership. Students will also explore decision-making and promoting positive work relationships, the leader as visionary, and the characteristics of competent leadership. Badge earners must complete COMM 4223 Leadership Communication.
