Flight Planning Peer Guide will serve as a member of the Navigator: Flight Planning staff and work toward the goal of assisting new students with academic, social, and personal transitions to Newman University.

Standards
Hold a minimum cumulative G.P.A. 2.5.
Be comfortable addressing groups of people (students, parents, faculty, and staff) and practice professional workplace etiquette through dress, email, phone, at events, workshops and any time you are working with Navigator.
Flight Planning Facilitator Training – August 16 REQUIRED. Matriculation Mass – August 29th Student welcome events. Meet with class approximately 10 to 15 times during the fall semester. Newman Resource Fair – September 18th. Mid-Term Evaluations – October 14th-18th. End of Semester Exit Interview December 2nd- 6th. Other dates as as assigned.
