This course familiarizes individuals with the basic features and functions of Microsoft Project in a real-world environment. Individuals develop the critical knowledge and skills individuals need to create a project plan with Project during the planning phase. In other words, if their supervisor assigns individuals to lead a project, this course enables individuals to draft a project plan and share it with their supervisor (and others) for review and approval.
