Earning Criteria

The BBCC Brain-Based Coaching Certificate® consists of two parts: BBCS Brain-Based Conversation Skills® and BBCT Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit™. BBCT (part two) is a 12-week program that builds on the foundational skills learned in part one. It prepares participants to deepen the experience of coaching through the appropriate application of tools, cultivate impactful coaching partnerships, and embed the ICF Core Competencies in their approach.
Standards
The BBCC Brain-Based Coaching Certificate® is accredited as a Level 1 program with the ICF. It provides 60+ hours of coaching education, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation by a certified assessor. After completing our training and additional ICF requirements, participants can apply for a Level 1/ACC credential with the ICF.
