The Faculty Success Program is a multi-week intensive program that provides faculty with the mentoring, tools, and support needed to be successful in the Academy. The course focuses on four key areas that help achieve extraordinary writing and research productivity while maintaining a full and healthy life off campus: strategic planning, explosive productivity, healthy relationships, and work-life balance and wellbeing.

Earning Criteria

  • Participants either register individually, or through sponsorship from their institution.
  • Earners join a national community by completing the multi-week course, including weekly videos, homework, and small group meetings with a trained faculty coach covering empirically tested skills, strategies, and practices that will help align time to activities that lead to success in the Academy and spark productivity. In addition to the weekly content, earners can schedule one-on-one private coaching sessions.
