Earning Criteria

Earners attend a three-day in person module. Session topics include Strategic Analysis, Levels for Driving Change, Organizational/Personal Drivers of Innovation, Design Thinking, and Business Case Workshop.

During the six-week intercession between the two modules, participants work on their team projects in globally diverse teams. Projects are identified by a project sponsor from the PO&T leadership team, and each team has a project mentor and a project coach (a NCSU faculty expert) who support the teams throughout the process.

Attend and participate in a five-day module. This second module includes session topics such as Business Model Development, Leading Change, Leading Complex Teams, Leadership Skills for Project Execution, Strategic Communication, Turning Failure into Success, and Effective Communication Techniques. At the conclusion of this module, teams gave a formal presentation to a panel of senior leaders. Projects ranged from improving manufacturing to corporate re-orgs to global integration.
