Complete a week long program with session topics covering Understanding the Impact of Your Communication Style, Generational Differences & Similarities, Leading Strategic Innovation, Ethics & Integrity During Change, Decision Making, Managing Organizational Change, Bright Spots & Divergent Thinking, Managing Personal Change
Participants are required to complete a strategic innovation project that will be implemented during the first 3 months after the program.
