Earners of this badge have improved their understanding of decision-making drivers at a senior level and skills needed to influence and lead change. Program graduates realize their critical role reinforcing organizational values and expectations in those new to the organization.

Earning Criteria

Complete a week long program with session topics covering Barriers to Change, Communication Style Preferences, Leading Strategic Innovation, Ethics, Team Decision Making, Bright Spots, Divergent Thinking, Overcoming Resistance to Change, Managing Personal Change, Managing Organizational Change

Participants are required to complete either a team project or a personal improvement plan that will be implemented during the first 3 months after the program.
