Complete a week long program with session topics covering Communication Style Preferences, Generational Differences, Strategic Thinking & Problem Identification/Root Cause Analysis, Decision Making, Bright Spots & Divergent Thinking, Building 3D Teams, Effective Teams & Unconscious Bias, Personal Change.
