Earning Criteria

  • Earners of the certification have completed all ten (10) courses delivered by NC State Executive Education. Those courses include: Intro to Python, Data Wrangling with Python, Multivariate Calculus for DS, Elements of Linear Algebra, Exploratory Data Analysis, Intro to Machine Learning Techniques, Statistical Thinking, Intro to Linear Regression, Multivariate Method Clustering and Intro to Time Series Modeling.
  • Earners must complete a practicum that entails the application of Data Science skills in the development of a problem to be solved and completion of an algorithm that would provide guidance to the solution.
