…skills continued… • Lay out and fabricate instrument panels • Install panel-mounted and field-mounted instruments • Identify types of conduit, fittings, and supports • Cut, thread, ream, and join conduit • Clean, purge, and test piping/tubing systems • Perform pneumatic and hydrostatic leak tests • Lay out a piping/tubing system including supports • Measure, bend, and install tubing • Identify instrument air filters and types of dryers • Assemble/disassemble pressure regulators
Completed training through an NCCER Accredited training organization. Successfully demonstrated to an NCCER-certified instructor and/or evaluator the performance task requirements for this level. Successfully completed the course modules and passed the knowledge based examinations.
